Crosswinds.Net - Above and Beyond
Crosswinds.Net would be nothing without our outstanding support. Time and time again we get reports about
how the members of our team go Above and Beyond to make sure that your experience with Crosswinds is the
best you'll ever have.
The support team consists of employees and volunteers who
will take the time to answer your questions and explain things
to you. The net is daunting until someone can translate the
techo-speak into plain words. Often, our support services will
match you up with a volunteer who will guide you.
Numerous times, these volunteers have stayed up until 5 or 6am
in the morning, helping a new customer get their web sites up,
or explaining different aspects of web hosting. Their limits
know no bounds!
The Crosswinds Cadre
is the name of our awesome volunteers and their site (click
"Crosswinds Cadre" to go there) will answer many of your
questions.
As well, we have interactive
User Support forums
that provide a community based center where you can ask questions
of the people that use Crosswinds. See what they have to say
