1. You said you don't believe in censorship. Then why do you have all those things that we can't do on our homepages?

We support freedom of speech and we are against censorship. However, this doesn't mean you can break the law, or that you can publish hate material. The things that we mention in the Terms of Service as not being allowed are things that are illegal, not simply things we don't like.

#2. Can I put sponsor banners on my homepage, or other ways to make money?

Yes, we absolutely DO allow you to make money with your Crosswinds site - provided it is legal and complies with the Terms of Service.

3. Can I put copyrighted material on my homepage?

Yes, with permission from both the copyright holder and Crosswinds. However; media files like audio and video files of any type are restricted to 45 seconds or less unless you are a Premium Member.

4. Can I put ROMs or Emulators on my homepage?

No. We agree with the game manufacturers and will continue to support their fight against them. This is non-negotiable. Uploading these files will result in the termination of your account.
